Indicators
This
green
LED indicator
will light up
when the
power
switch of
the
pdnter
is
tumed on.
Ready:
This
is a
geen
LED
indicator which will
light up when
the
pdnter
is reaoy
ro
transfer
data. It blinks if errors
related
to data transfer
(buffer
over flow,
parity
error, flamming
e[or,
over run eror) happen.
According
to operator's
judgement,
data stored in the
print
buffer can
be
printed
by depressing Reset
switch.
Check:
This indicator
lamp lights up
in the check
status and blinks
in the error status.
Check status: The
ribbon or
papei
has
run out.
Errorstatus:
Error
which can not
warrant the
adequate
printing
happens.
Data
storcd in
the
print
buffer
can be
printed
by depressing
Reset switch
after rcmoving
the cause oferror.
1.3 Loading a form
by the bail
iwitch
By
operating the bail
switch,
you
can automatically set
paper
at the 1
inch
posi-
tion from
the top
end of the
paper.
This can be done when the
printer
has been
powered
up and
when the
printer
is not in Error mode
and when
the
printer
is in
Pause
mode.
Step l:
Make sure that
the
release
lever has
been
push
back.
Step
2
:
Place
paper
between the
paper
table and
the
rear
of the
platen.
Step 3: Pu[
the bail lever
towald
you.
Step 4: Draw
the bail lever
once towald
you.
Step 5: When
paper
has
been fed enough
and stopped, return
the bail lever
to its
original
position.
The
printing
operation begins at one
inch from the
top
end
of the
paper.
