お買い上げ時の電池について
● 電池は未使用時も自己放電します。お買い上げの電池は必ず充電してからご使用
ください。また、長時間ご使用にならなかった電池も必ず再充電してからご使用
ください。
●
充電のしかたについては専用充電器BCMシリーズの取扱説明書をお読みください。
● ご使用前に電池の端子が汚れていないことを確認してください。汚れていると接
触不良により充電が正常にできなかったり、使用時間が短くなる原因になります。
お手入れのしかた
● 汚れは乾いた柔らかい布で拭いてください。ぬれた雑巾等で拭くと故障の原因に
なります。また、アルコール・シンナー・ベンジン・洗剤等で拭いたりしないで
ください。
使用温度について
● 電池は、ご使用になるカメラの動作保証温度範囲内でご使用ください。
● 動作保証温度範囲内でも、低温になるほど使用時間が短くなります。予備の充電
した電池をポケット等に入れて暖めておくことをお勧めします。ポケットには
ショート防止のため、必ず付属の保護キャップをしっかり付けて、かつ電池以外
のものは入れないでください。
持ち運び保管時の注意
● 保管の際、電池を充電器やカメラに取り付けたままにしておくと、電源OFF状態
でも少量の電流が流れ続け電池の性能劣化の原因となります。ご使用にならない
ときは付属の保護キャップを付けて湿気の少ない15℃∼25℃くらいの涼しい場所
で保管してください。
● 持ち運び・保管の際は＋−電極端子がショートしないように必ず付属の保護
キャップをしっかり付けてください。バッグや引き出し等にアクセサリ等金属類
と一緒に入れて保管したり持ち運んだりするのはおやめください。発火・発熱・
破裂・漏液の原因になり危険です。
充電池の寿命について
● 電池は充放電を繰り返すことにより性能が徐々に劣化します。使用時間が著しく
短くなったら交換時期です。使用条件にもよりますが、約500回の充放電で電池
容量が半減します。
不要になった電池のリサイクルについて
● このマークは小型充電式電池の再利用を目的として制定されたリサイクルマー
クです。充電式電池に用いられる希少な資源を有効に活用す
るためにリサイクルにご協力ください。電池は「充電式電池
リサイクル協力店くらぶ」加入の電気店またはスーパー等に
設置のリサイクルボックスで回収しています。詳しくは社団

なおご不要の電池は必ず付属の保護キャップを付けてテープ
で止めるか、全ての＋極と−極をセロテープ等で絶縁してか

Thank you for purchasing the OLYMPUS Li-ion Battery (BLM-1). To ensure your
safety, please read this instruction manual before use, and keep it handy for future
reference.
This instruction manual uses a variety of common symbols and icons to assist you
in proper handling and usage of this product properly, and to warn you of potential
hazards to yourself and others as well as to property. These symbols and their
significance are described below.
■ Be sure to use the dedicated BCM series battery charger to recharge the
battery.
■ Do not short-circuit the battery terminals with a metallic object.
When transporting or storing the battery, cover the battery terminals with
the provided Protection cap. It is dangerous to carry an uncapped battery
in a bag, pocket, etc.
■ Never expose the battery to water or moisture including rain, seawater
and animal urine. Do not charge or use a wet battery.
■ Never throw the battery into a fire or put it near a fire.
■ Do not use, charge or store the battery where it may be exposed to high
temperatures. For example, do not leave it on the dashboard of a car
under direct sunlight or place it near heating equipment.
■ Never solder the battery or attempt to repair, deform, modify or disas-
semble it.
■ Keep the battery out of reach of children.
Swallowing a battery can be extremely dangerous. Should a child swallow
a battery, see a doctor immediately.
■ If battery fluid gets in your eyes, blindness may result. Rinse your eyes
with clean water without rubbing them and see a doctor immediately.
■ Do not load the battery into the charger with the +/- terminals upside
down. If the battery does not fit properly into the battery charger, do not
force fit the battery. Doing so could cause a fire, overheating, explosion,
fluid leak or other damage.
■ To avoid fire, overheating, explosion or leakage, do not subject the battery
to excessive shock, throw it, or otherwise damage it.
■ If you notice any abnormalities such as leakage, discoloration, deforma-
tion, overheating, or odor, remove the battery from the camera or battery
charger immediately and stop using the equipment. Continuing to use the
battery under these conditions could result in fire, overheating or
explosion.
■ Never put the battery in a microwave oven or high-pressure container.
This could cause a fire, leakage, overheating or an explosion.
■ If the battery leaks or emits a burning odor, keep it away from heat
sources. Leaked fluid may catch fire, causing the battery to smoke, burn
or explode.
■ If fluid from inside the battery sticks to your skin or clothes, it may cause
injury. Wash it off immediately with clean water and see a doctor.
■ If charging does not complete in the specified charge time, stop charging
to prevent fire, overheating or explosion.
■ When recycling or disposing of the battery, cover the battery with the
provided cap (use tape to secure it) or use plastic tape to insulate all
terminals. Otherwise, the batteries could be short-circuited and cause a
fire, overheating or explosion.
■ The BLM-1 Li-ion battery is designed only for use with those cameras for
which it is specified. Do not use it with any other equipment.
■ The battery gets hot after extended use in a camera. To prevent burns, do
not remove the battery from the camera immediately after use.
■ Do not store the battery where it may be exposed to moisture, excessive
dust or high temperatures.
■ Do not place the battery on an unstable surface such as a tilted or
unsteady table. If the batter falls off, it may be damaged or cause injury.
■ Do not charge the battery in an extremely cold or hot environment.
Charging the battery in temperatures between 10˚C and 30˚C (50˚F and
86˚F) is recommended. Using the battery in low temperatures may result
in a decrease in battery performance.

■ 電池を火中に投下したり、火に近づけたりしないでください。
■ 直射日光下や車のダッシュボードやストーブのそば等高温になる場所で使
用・充電・保管をしないでください。
■ 電池にハンダ付けしたり、修理・変形・改造・分解をしないでください。
■ 電池は乳幼児の手の届かない場所で使用・保管してください。
乳幼児が誤って電池を飲み込むと危険です。万一飲み込んだ場合はただち
に医師の治療を受けてください。
■ 電池の液が目に入った場合は、こすらず、すぐ水道水等のきれいな水で充
分に洗い流し、ただちに医師の治療を受けてください。失明の原因となり
ます。
■ 電池の＋−を逆にして充電しないでください。電池が充電器にうまく入ら
ない場合は、無理に押し込まないでください。火災・発火・発熱・破裂・
漏液・破損の原因になります。
■ 電池に強い衝撃を与えたり、投げつけたり、傷をつけないでください。
火災・発火・発熱・破裂・漏液の原因となります。
■ 漏液・変色・変形・発熱・異臭・その他の異常を見つけたときは、機器あ
るいは充電器より取り外し使用しないでください。そのままご使用になり
ますと、火災・発火・発熱・破裂の原因となります。
■ 電子レンジや高圧容器に入れないでください。電池の漏液・発火・発熱・
破裂の原因となります。
■ 電池が漏液したり、異臭がするときはただちに火気より遠ざけてください。
漏液した電解液に引火し、発煙、発火、破裂の原因となります。
■ 電池の液が皮膚・衣類へ付着したときは、ただちに水道水等のきれいな水
で洗い流してください。医師に相談してください。皮膚傷害をおこす原因
になります。
■ 所定の充電時間を超えても充電が完了しない場合は、充電を中止してくだ
さい。火災・発火・発熱・破裂の原因となります。
■ 電池をリサイクルまたは廃棄するときは付属の保護キャップを付けてテー
プで止めるか、全ての端子部をセロテープ等で貼り、絶縁してください。
ショートすると発火・発熱・破裂の原因となります。
リサイクルする場合はお近くのリサイクル協力店へお持ちください。 廃
棄する場合はお住まいの自治体の規則に従い正しく廃棄してください。
■ BLM-1 リチウムイオン電池はBLM-1が指定されているカメラ専用です。他
の機器に使用しないでください。
■ カメラを長時間使用した後は、電池が熱くなっていますので、すぐに取り
出さないでください。やけどの原因となります。
■ 湿気やほこりの多い場所、高温の場所には保管しないでください。
故障の原因となります。
■ ぐらついた台の上や、傾いたところ等、不安定な場所に置かないでくださ
い。
落下して、故障やけが等の原因になります。
■ 極端に寒いところや暑いところでの充電はやめてください。
充分に充電するためには、周囲温度が 10℃∼ 30℃が最適です。電池性能
低下の原因になります。

主な仕様
感謝您購買奧林巴斯鋰離子電池（BLM-1）。為了確保您的安全﹐請在使用之前仔
細閱讀本使用說明書﹐併將其妥善保管﹐以供需要時參考。
為了幫助您正確操作和使用本產品﹐以及提醒您對使用者､其他人以及財產可能造
成的潛在危害﹐本使用說明書採用了多種通用符號和圖標。下面介紹這些符號以及
其含義。
■ 請使用 BCM 系列專用充電器為電池充電。
■ 請勿以金屬將電池的正負極進行短路。
運輸﹐保存時請用配備的保護蓋將電池的正負極蓋上。如果不用保護蓋裝
運和保存電池會發生危險。
■ 請注意勿使水﹐雨水､海水和動物尿液濡濕電池。
已經潮溼的電池請勿進行充電和使用。

■ 充電時請勿將電池的 +/- 極裝反。如電池無法順利裝入充電器﹐請勿用力
將其按入﹐否則會導致火災､過熱､爆炸､液體洩漏。
■ 請勿猛烈撞擊或投擲電池﹐不要損傷電池。否則造成火災､ 火､過熱､破
裂或漏液。
■ 如果發現電池有漏液､變色､變形､過熱､發臭或其它的異常現象﹐請從
相機或充電器內取出電池﹐不能再使用。否則將引起火災､發火､過熱和
破裂等。
■ 請勿放入微波爐或高壓容器內。否則將引起電池漏液﹐ 火﹐發熱和破裂
等。
■ 電池發生漏液或發出惡臭時﹐請將電池遠離火源。漏出的電解液會引發火
災､冒煙､
火､和電池破裂。
■ 萬一電池液沾到皮膚或衣服上﹐可能會損傷皮膚。請立刻用自來水等清潔
的水仔細沖洗﹐併馬上接受醫生治療。
■ 如果在規定的充電時間內未完成充電﹐請停止充電以避免導致火災､ 火､
過熱或破裂。遇到這種情況﹐請委托銷售商店或奧林巴斯當地修理中心修
理本機。
■ 回收或廢棄舊電池時﹐一定要將配備的電極保護蓋蓋上﹐並且用膠帶粘
好。所有的電極都要用膠帶等貼住﹐使其絕緣。否則會發生短路引起
火､
過熱和電池破裂。
回收時請拿到最近的廢品回收站去。廢棄時請遵守當地政府的規定﹐正確
廢棄舊電池。
■ BLM-1 鋰離子電池是 BLM-1 指定相機的專用電池。請勿用于其它的機器。
■ 使用照相機長時間拍攝后電池會發熱。此時請勿立刻用手取出﹐以免燙
傷。
■ 不要在潮溼或灰塵過多､高溫的地方存儲電池。否則會發生故障。
■ 不要在搖晃的台面或傾斜之處等物體容易墜落的地方使用或存儲電池。萬
一電池跌落會引起受傷或損害。
■ 請勿在極端寒冷或酷熱的地方充電。為了使電池充電完全﹐最適宜的環境
溫度是 10℃至 30℃。否則會降低電池性能。

購買時
● 未使用時電池也會自行放電。購買來的電池應當在使用前充電。此外﹐長時間未
使用的電池﹐再次使用前應對其重新充電。
● 充電方法請閱讀 BCM-1 系列充電器的使用說明書。
● 使用前﹐檢查電池的電極是否清潔。如果電極不清潔﹐接觸不良會給充電帶來問
題或者縮短充電后電池的使用時間。
維護
● 請使用柔軟的干布擦拭電極使之清潔。請勿使用濕布､酒精､香蕉水､苯或者清
潔劑﹐以免引起故障。
工作溫度
● 請在所使用相機規定的工作溫度範圍內使用電池。
● 即便是在規定的工作溫度範圍內﹐隨 溫度的下降﹐電池的工作時間也會相應縮
短。如果溫度較低﹐建議攜帶已充電的備用電池﹐併將其置于口袋或包內以保持
溫暖。如果放在口袋里攜帶備用電池﹐務必要用保護蓋將電池蓋好﹐以防短路。
不要將任何其它物品和電池混放在同一口袋中。
運輸和保存：
● 保存時﹐不要把電池留在電池充電器或相機內﹐即便已切斷電源﹐仍有少量的電
流繼續流動﹐這可能會導致電池性能下降。不使用電池時﹐請用隨機提供的保護
蓋將電池蓋妥﹐併將其存放在溫度為 15℃至 25℃的涼爽且乾燥的地方。
● 運輸和存儲電池時﹐請用隨機提供的保護蓋將電池蓋妥﹐以避免 +/- 電極發生短
路。不要將金屬物品（包括個人裝飾物）放在存放電池的包里或抽屜里。這可能
會導致火災､過熱､爆炸或液體洩漏。
使用壽命：
● 重覆充電和放電后﹐電池性能會逐漸下降。當電池的工作時間明顯縮短時﹐則可

At time of purchase:
● The battery is not charged at the factory. Charge it before use. Also, whenever
the battery has not been used for a long period, recharge it before use.
● For information on charging the battery, refer to the BCM series Li-ion battery
charger's instruction manual.
● Check that the battery terminals are clean before use. If they are dirty, contact
failure may cause problems with charging or shorten the battery's operation
time after charging.
Care:
● Clean the battery by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. Never use a wet cloth,
alcohol, lacquer thinner, benzene or detergent.
Operating temperatures:
● Use the battery within the operating temperature range specified for the camera.
● Even within the specified operating temperature range, battery operation time
decreases as the temperature drops. When the temperature is low, it is
recommended to carry a spare charged battery and keep it warm in a pocket,
bag, etc. When carrying a battery in your pocket, be sure to cover the battery
terminals with the provided protection cap to prevent short-circuiting. Do not put
anything else in the pocket with the battery.
Transport and storage:
● Do not leave the battery in the battery charger or camera. Even when the power
switch is set to off, a small amount of current continues to flow and may lead to
a decrease in battery performance. When not using the battery, attach the
provided protection cap and store it in a cool, dry place with a temperature
between 15˚C and 25˚C (59˚F and 77˚F).
● When transporting or storing the battery, attach the provided protection cap to
prevent short-circuiting of the +/- terminals. Do not put any metallic objects
including personal ornaments in a bag or drawer with the battery. This could
cause a fire, overheating, explosion or leakage.
Service life:
● Battery performance degrades gradually after repeated charging and discharg-
ing. When operation time has decreased significantly, you may need to replace
the battery. Battery capacity is usually reduced by half after about 500 charge/
discharge cycles (though this varies depending on the operating conditions).
Recycling the battery:
● Please recycle BLM-1 batteries to help save our planet’s resources. When you
throw away dead batteries, be sure to cover their + and – terminals and always
observe local laws and regulations.
