About the account log file
[73] The fields of the accounting log file (1 – 7)
Field name Specification Description
<recordtype> 4303 A number that identifies a data
record.
Note: The header
always starts with 4302.
<documentid> A text string with a
maximum length of 40
characters
The document ID is extracted from
the print data, for example the
attribute 'jobnumber' when you use
an Océ Job Ticket. The ID can also
be a unique number that is supplied
by the submitter. The field is empty
when the attribute is not available.
<jobid> A number with a
maximum length of 9
digits
When a new job starts, the Océ
Smart Imager creates a unique job
identification number.
<jobtype> Possible entries:
■ COPY
■ IP
■ AP
■ SYSTEM
■ SCAN
■ SCAN2MBX
■ MBXCOPY
Describes the type of job.
■ COPY: Direct copy job
■ IP: Interactive print job (a job
that was printed from the
mailbox)
■ AP: Automatic print job (a job
that was directly printed from
the network, not from the
mailbox)
■ SYSTEM: A test print that was
started in the service mode or
service copy mode
■ SCAN: A scan-to-file job
■ SCAN2MBX: A job that was
scanned to the mailbox
■ MBXCOPY: A copy job that
was printed from the mailbox
<startdate> <yyyy>-<mm>-<dd> The date when the job became
active. A job becomes active when
the systems starts to print the job.
<starttime> <hh>:<mm>:<ss> The time when the job became
active. A job becomes active when
the systems starts to print the job.
<activetime> <num>:<min>:<ss> The total time that the job is active
and actually printing.
