Other Information
The TV won't turn on.
• Make surethe AC power cord is securely plugged in to the wall outlet and the T_
• Make surethe wall outlet b working.
• Try pressing the POWER button on the TVto make sure the problem is not the remote. Ifthe TVturns
on, refer to "Remote contrd does not work" below.
The TV turns off automatically. • Ensure the Sleep Timer is set to Off in the Setup menu (p. 23).
• Ifyour PC is connected to the T_, check your PC power settings.
• Make surethe AC power cord is plugged in securelyto the wall outlet and tlqeT_
• Whetswatching TV from an antenna or cable connection, the TV will turn off after 10 - 15 minutes if
there is no signal.
There is no picture/video. • Check cable connections (remove and reconnect all cables connected to the TV and external
devices).
• Set your external device's (Cabb/Sat Box, DVD, Blu-ray etc) video outputs to match tlqeconnections
to the TV input. For exampb, if an external device's output is HDMI, it stqouldbe connected to an
HDMI input on the T_
• Make sureyour connected devices are powered on.
Be sure to select tlqeTV's correct source by pressing tlqeSOURCE button on tlqe remote control.
Reboot tlqe connected device by reconnecting tlqe device's power cane.
RF(Cable/Antenna)Connection
The TV is not receiving allchanneb. • Make surethe coaxial cabb is connected securely.
Pleasetry Auto Program to add availablechanneb to the ciqannellist. Go to MENU - Channel -
Auto Program then select Auto and make sure tlqecorrect Cable TV signal type isset in the menu.
There are 3 options (STD, HRC and IRC) (p. 15)
Verifythe Antenna is positioned correctly.
No Caption on digital channeb. • Check Caption Setup menu. Trychanging Caption Mode Service1 to OO1 (p. 25).
Some channeb may not have caption data.
