Technical Specifications
NOTE: Dell now supports expanded operating temperature ranges for
PowerEdge R710, R610, and T610, subject to expanded temperature ranges and
hardware restrictions detailed below.

De-rate maximum allowable dry bulb temperature by
1 °C/300 meters above 900 meters (1 °F per 550 feet).
Expanded Operating

5 °C to 40 °C, 5% to 85% RH with 26 °C dew point.
For temperatures between 35 °C and 40 °C, de-rate maximum
allowable dry bulb temperature by 1 °C/175 meters above
950 meters (1 °F per 319 feet).

operating hours
–5 °C to 45 °C, 5% to 90% RH with 26 °C dew point.
For temperatures between 40 °C and 45 °C, de-rate maximum
allowable dry bulb temperature by 1 °C/125 meters above
950 meters (1 °F per 228 feet).
NOTE: When operating in the expanded temperature range,
ambient temperature warnings may be reported on the LCD and in
the System Event Log.
NOTE: Do not perform a cold startup below 5 °C.
NOTE: The operating temperature specified is for a maximum
altitude of 3,050 meters (10,000 feet).
