MP2000 AIR CONDITIONERS
Air conditioners microprocessor control system
FUNZIONE CHANGE OVER
- unità in stand-by: è l'unità di riserva pronta all'avvia-
- unità "Slave" (secondaria): è l'unità in funzione (max 2)
attivando autonomamente i relativi componenti (com-
pressore o resistenze).
Su ogni unità procedere come segue:
il tasto FRECCIA (Change over present).
dalla funzione Change Over. L'unità funzionerà in modo
autonomo, mantenendo le caratteristiche della rete LAN.
Quindi dall'unità 1 o Master procedere come segue:
metro "Change over time".
"Change over Restart".
CHANGE OVER FUNCTION
This function is included in the LAN network manage-
ment program and it is available with the program for
standard air conditioners only (Eprom CZX……).
The working logic of the "Change over" function allows to
keep equalized the working hours of all connected units
and makes possible the activation of the unit put in stand-
by due to an anomaly or to an alarm intervention from one
or more units present in the network.
The CHANGE OVER function don't needs the
"ADDR+CK" board installation because the time count
is made by the internal microprocessor clock.
The logic foresees the following working status:
- "Master" unit (main unit): this is the reference unit,
fixing the working status of the other units and it can be
identified by letter "M" displayed. The "Master" unit status
is automatically set by the program, starting from unit 1
of the LAN network.
If the value measured by the temperature sensor of the
"Master" unit is higher than the set parameter (setpoint),
the heating function will be disabled also on the "Slave"
units.
If the value measured by the temperature sensor of the
"Master" unit is lower than the set parameter (setpoint),
the cooling function will be disabled also on the "Slave"
units.
- Stand-by unit: this is the unit ready to start in case any
anomaly or alarm occur from the other units.
The Stand by unit status is automatically set by the
program.
- "Slave unit" (second level unit): this is the unit in
operation (max. 2), which status is automatically fixed by
the program. It is important to clarify that the "Slave units"
make use of their own control for the temperature regu-
lation, automatically activating the relative components
(compressors or heating elements).
PARAMETERS SETTING
After the correct LAN configuration, it is necessary to define
which units have to be inserted in the rotation.
On each unit, proceed as follows:
Press PRG key, enter the password and the mask relative
to the "Program Sets" will be displayed.
Run the parameters by ARROW keys until the set "Change
over ______" will appear.
Press ENTER and set the value on "present" by ARROW
key (Change over present).
Press ENTER to confirm the data.
Do not set this parameter to exclude the unit from the
Change Over function. The unit will work in stand-alone
mode, maintaning the LAN network characteristics.
Than, from unit 1 or Master proceed as follows:
Press ARROW key to get to the second parameter "Change
over time".
With this parameter, it is possible to select every how many
effective working hours the units rotation must take place.
Press ENTER and set the requested hours by ARROW
key.
Press ENTER to confirm the data.
Press ARROW key to get to the third parameter "Change
over Restart".
