Ratio Adjustment
• For 1:1 ratio (max 50kg)
remove pin from cable and
place through bracket only
• For 2:1 ratio (max 100kg)
place pin through bracket
and cable
Left Side
Leg extension
• Remove Preacher Pad
by removing pin
• Remove chain
• Proceed with exercise
Weight Lock
• When in use loosen screw in
Locking Collar so it moves
up & down freely.
• To prevent accidents when
not in use ensure the
Weight Locking Collar is
secured .
Weight Label
=1:1 ratio
=2:1 ratio
Lat & Low Pulley
• Use chain to maximise
distance of exercise
• Clip Snap hook onto
required chain link to
attain desired start
position
